Went for a gel pedicure! Sat in chair waiting for quite some time! Finally a tech comes and has no idea what she is doing… has no clue how to remove gel polish! Another tech had to take over! Never again! Something that is supposed to be relaxing turned into a nightmare…
Came in to get a gel pedicure. Staff was very nice and the experience was relaxing but I walked out with a pretty below average pedicure that I fixed at home. Nails were unevenly filed and french tips were pretty uneven. Dead skin and cuticles were still visible and came off at home. Not worth it for me, but okay.
This is definitely the place to get exactly what you want. I ❤️ the people here. They are very friendly & treat you like family. If you have never been...You are missing the hidden 💎. She has my 🧜♀️ nails all the way together for #Bahamas girlz' trip May 2026
Been my go to nail place for the past few months! They do a great job and it’s affordable. The one time I had an issue I went in and they fixed it for me. Good atmosphere!
Had previously recommended this spot based on very pretty results. THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW** Nails come out looking beautiful, but they don't last! I had just gotten a new set, and ONE FILL in between, and 8 of my nails separated from the beds. I went in and requested to only be charged a fill price for a new set, since I had just gotten a new set. They led me to believe that was ok, but at the end, refused the discount for a job poorly done. So I paid full price for a new set with an insulting $5 off coupon. Anywho, new set new me! Pic #1&2 are how the nails looked when done (design by me, not J&R) #3 pic is the 1st nail broken in 4 days. The following pics are in order of week 1, 2, and 3. Finally I just cut them off to avoid damage to me real nails. Also, the pedicures are terrible. They don't even clean under your nails with a basic $35-40 pedicure, hell even a $65 gel pedicure They don't, and they barely scrub the rough spots. You can kind of see the roughness on the big toe in pics, and that was straight out of the salon.
